Good point, although it could also be heard along the lines of "He has set eternity in their hearts" (Ecc. 3:11) I have learned since I posted this that she is into the New Age type approach so she may have had the pantheistic viewpoint in mind. I don't know...
ReplyDeleteYes, the thing i find like you have said before is that even in songs that might not be deliberately christian God can speak through them clearly... I felt it while listening to this song...and often if a lyric bothers me a bit i will change it like i said above.

When i was a young christian i stayed away from music like this as i was told it was all about drugs, but for me i can find God's redemption message speaking through artists who may be anything but a christian - and they don't have a clue how God is speaking to someone else through a song they did not create to worship God to.
For a song like this i can easily contemplate/worship God with my mind to it..
