You mention the word "ministry" as opposed to different denominations. What about those who claim to be nondenominational and adhere to a strict reading of what a church service should be, according to what Paul speaks about? What I find frustrating about the church I attend since I became saved, is their notion that all denominations do not adhere to scripture. They make the point that Roman Catholics, Lutherans, Baptists, do not adhere to the scripture in terms of church meetings. Or denominations which do not believe in baptism or believe in baptism of the spirit and not a ritual which involves the immersion into water?

It has been my observation that sometimes the most arrogant denomination you'll encounter is the "Nondenominational" denomination :)
